SERVICES: 10:00 AM Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Terry McAffrey of Destiny Center, officiating.BURIAL: White Deer Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Chavez was born January 9, 1938 in Pampa and was a 1956 graduate of Pampa High School. She lived in Ruidoso, New Mexico from 1977 until returning to Pampa in 2003. For many years, she owned and operated Top O' Texas Answering Service in Pampa. She was a member of the White Deer Senior Citizens Center and the Bingo Club at Pampa Manor.SURVIVORS: a daughter: Teri Williams and husband Dennis of Pampa; a son: Chris Coffman and wife Brenda of Sealy; brother: Rick Ramming and wife Nita of White Deer; 3 grandchildren: Joshua Harris, Meredith Coffman and Caleb Coffman; nieces and nephews: R. D. Ramming, Vicki Hillis and Pam Cartwright; numerous great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son: Keith Coffman in 1996; and her husband: Richard Chavez in March of 2003.MEMORIALS: Destiny Center, P.O.
