SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 3:00 PM Sunday, January 31, 2010, at Salvation Army Church, with Captain Mark Martin, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Rossiter was born July 23, 1940 in Alma, Arkansas. He married Mary Bromlow on July 31, 1974. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1977 where he worked for the City of Pampa. LeRoy was a member of the Salvation Army Church.SURVIVORS: wife: Mary Rossiter of the home; 1 daughter: Mandy Rossiter of Pampa; 2 sons: Brian Rossiter of Pampa and Steve Rossiter of Amarillo; a brother: Robert Rossiter of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 14 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother: Thomas Rossiter; a sister: Carrie Whitley; and his parents.
