SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 9, 2010, at the First Baptist Church in Lefors, with Rev. Chris Webb, a Baptist minister, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Michael was born July 28, 1928 in Pampa where he graduated from Pampa High School. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, during the Vietnam War, serving in the Navy until his retirement. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lefors. Mr. Michael was a devoted and caring son who cared for and loved his mother.SURVIVORS: a daughter: Lou Ann Spencer of Puyallup, Washington; a sister: Launa Cain of Shamrock; 2 granddaughters: Natalie Pace of Watertown, New York, and Danielle Spencer of Puyallup, Washington; a grandson: Jonathan Spencer of Lancaster, California. He was preceded in death by a son: Johnny Michael; 2 brothers: Mike Michael and Orville Michael; and a sister: Greela Decker.
