SERVICES: 1:00 PM Thursday, January 7, 2010, at Memory Gardens Mausoleum, with Adam Martinez of the Jehovah's Witnesses, officiating.ENTOMBMENT: Memory Gardens Mausoleum under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Portillo was born November 22, 1917 in Santa Rosalia Camargo, Chihuahua, Mexico. She married David Portillo in 1933 in Santa Rosalia Camargo. After the passing of her husband, she moved to Pampa to be with her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Mario Portillo Rueda and wife Ramona and Ramon Portillo and wife Evangelina, all of Pampa, and Blas Portillo and wife Hortencia of Mexico; 7 daughters: Maria Estrada and husband Edilverto, Guadalupe Sanchez and husband Jose, Silvia Diaz and husband Ruperto, and Pora Alvarado and husband Jesus, all of Roswell, New Mexico, Gloria Deleon and husband Delfino and Isabel Portillo, all of Pampa, and Rosa Martell and husband Jose of Mexico; 60 grandchildren, 153 great-grandchildren, 46 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Isabel Rueda and Julia Ruedo, a sister: Irene Rueda; and a nephew: Antonio y Blas Portillo Sabrino.
