She had been a resident of Brownfield most of her life, moving to Pampa in 1989. She married Jim Bob Taylor on December 18, 1936 in Brownfield. Clarice worked as a waitress in Brownfield before retiring. She enjoyed crocheting, macramé, quilting and walking. She loved her family. She belonged to the Assemblies of God.SURVIVORS: 1 son: Johnny Taylor and wife DeAnn of Pampa; 1 daughter: Jean Alexander of Lipscomb, County; 1 brother: Doyle McCoy of Oraville, California; 4 grandchildren: Carelton Blythe Alexander of Sacramento, California, LaJona Taylor Reeves of Pampa, Sana Alexander of Booker, and Harper Taylor of Las Vegas, Nevada; 6 great-grandchildren: Isaiah Alexander, Josiah Alexander, Christian Alexander, Taylor Reeves, Tristin Reeves, Alex Stevens.
