S. Army. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Keeton was born September 17, 1926 in Detroit, Texas, to George Edgar and Nellie Matilda Keeton. He married Ruby May Graham on August 1, 1959 in Pampa. He had been a resident of Pampa until moving to McLean in 1974, returning to Pampa in 2002. He retired from Travelers Oil Company in 2005. JR loved to work. He enjoyed watching football and wrestling, and spending time with his family. He was a Pentecostal and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean Conflict. SURVIVORS: wife: Ruby Keeton of the home; 1 son: Kenneth Keeton and wife Deborah of Fritch; 2 daughters: Sandra Bell and husband Wayman of Denver City, and LaDonna Bradley and husband Donald of White Deer; 1 brother: Doyle Keeton of Pampa; 1 sister: Helen Danner of Pampa; 10 grandchildren: Christopher Keeton and wife Rainy of Garland, Philip Keeton and wife Lacey, and Robbie Bradley, all of Borger; Shawn Keeton and wife Mali of Durant, Oklahoma, Jennifer Keeton of Fritch, Amanda Bell-Salazar and husband Jessie of Boise, Idaho, Lyndsei Garcia of Midland, Victoria Moore and husband John of Ft. Lewis, Washington, Brandon Bradley of Amarillo, and Valerie Klink and husband Brandon of White Deer; 18 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. JR was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Violet Keeton Bowers and Letha Keeton Worley Miles; and 2 great-grandsons: Trevor Keeton and Austin Prough Keeton.MEMORIALS: Thomas E.
