SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 3, 2009, at Memorial Heights Cemetery in Lefors, with Rev. C. W. Parker, Odyssey Hospice chaplain, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Risser was born July 2, 1941 in Pampa. She had been a resident of Pampa for the past seven years, moving from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Phyllis worked as a secretary and was a Baptist.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Kenyon Hill of Norman, Oklahoma and Kelton Hill of Dallas; mother: Leeona Line of Pampa; brother: Ronnie Line of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
