SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, September 21, 2009, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Lynn Hancock, pastor of Briarwood Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hoganson was born December 26, 1942 in Estherville, Iowa. He married Christy Boggess on April 20, 1968. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1973. He worked for J.B.S. Swift and Company as a cattle buyer for over 20 years. Harlan was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving from 1964 until 1966. He was a Methodist. SURVIVORS: wife: Christy Hoganson of the home; daughter: Holly Hoganson and Laura Lachiewicz of Pampa; 2 sons: Chris Hoganson and wife Tara, and Matt Hoganson and wife Revelle, all of Pampa; 1 sister: Diane Lampkin and husband Doug of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; 1 brother: Dean Hoganson and wife Pam of Des Moines, Iowa; 2 grandchildren: Avery Suzanne Hoganson and Matthew Gage Hoganson, both of Pampa. Harlan was preceded in death by his parents: Hogan and Ruby Hoganson; and a sister: Doris Hoganson.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
