SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Monday, August 3, 2009, at the Stinnett Cemetery in Stinnett with Karen Putnam, children's minister at Briarwood Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Martin served his country with pride during World War II and retired with Cabot where he was employed for 38 years. He lived his life with honor and integrity and walked this earth as one of God's angels. He will be sorely missed, and his memory will be in our hearts forever.James was the beloved husband of Rosetta, beloved father to Pamela and Karla Jean, beloved grandfather to Ali and Sarah, cherished father-in-law to Nabeel, and dear brother to his only remaining sister Merle Pitts of Amarillo. Among the above, he is survived as well by numerous nieces and nephews.
