SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 12:00 noon on Friday, July 10, 2009, at Fairview Cemetery in Memphis, Texas, with Jackie Blum, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Gast was born August 21, 1932 in Knox City. She married Jimmy Lewis Gast in 1956, and he preceded her in death. Laura was a cook for many years in Memphis, Texas. She had been a resident of Pampa for the past 3 years.SURVIVORS: her daughter: Ginny Gast of Pampa; her son: Terry Hatfield and wife Teresa of Pampa; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
