Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Imel was born January 10, 1934 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, later moving to Pampa with her parents to Pampa. She was a Pampa High School graduate and a lifelong resident of Pampa. She married Dale Imel on October 17, 1952 in Pampa; he preceded her in death November 9, 2006 after 54 years of marriage. She was a member of Bible Church. She taught Child Evangelism Fellowship Good News Club for 35 years. Proceeded in death by 1 sister: Virginia Tate and 1 brother: James Washington.SURVIVORS: 1 daughter: Judy Williams and husband Rob of Amarillo. 1 son: Rodney Imel and wife Kathy of Baton Rouge, LA. 1 sister: Donna Sims and husband Wayne of Pampa. 1 brother: Bill Washington and wife Emily of Pampa. 1 sister-in-law: Margaret Washington of Pampa. 2 special friends: Wynola Sanders and Deb Banks both of Pampa; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.MEMORIALS: Bible Church of Pampa (on memo line: Child Evangelism Fellowship) , 300 W.
