Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Fulcher was born November 11, 1931 in Amarillo. She married Bill Fulcher on June 2, 1949 in Canyon. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1960. Carol was a member of Central Baptist Church where she was active in the youth department. She was a member of the Gideon's International and was a homemaker.SURVIVORS: husband: Bill Fulcher of the home; 2 daughters: Sherry Lynn Seabourn and husband Danny of Pampa, and Lou Ann Seabourn and husband Steve of Amarillo; 2 grandchildren: Josh Seabourn of Pampa and Molly Seabourn of Big Sky, Montana; brother: Joe Stall and wife Jo of Tulsa, Oklahoma; sister-in-law: Mary Russell and husband Willard of Benson, Arizona; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
