She married Loyd McGill on July 27, 1938 in Sayre, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on November 8, 1996. Billie had been a resident of Pampa since 1941. She was a homemaker and seamstress, and a member of Carpenter's Church. SURVIVORS: 1 son: Bill McGill and wife Helen of Pampa; 4 sisters: Nadine Eterel of Apache Junction, Arizona, Lou Ezzell of Dallas, Nedgie McCoy of Bethany, Oklahoma, and Joy Looper of Sayre, Oklahoma; 1 brother: Joe Frank Mears of Portland, Oregon; 9 grandchildren, and 44 great and great-great-grandchildren.
