He has been a lifelong resident of Pampa where he graduated from Pampa High School in 1992. Dustin attended the Liberal Area Vo-tech School from 1994-1995. He was a former employee for Steve Osborne. Dustin owned and operated Stoble Construction. Dustin was a former member of the Central Baptist Church, and a current member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Pampa Moose Lodge #1385. Dustin was a loving father, son, brother and friend. His world revolved around his precious children, Alexis and Jacob. Finding his soul mate, Michelle Courtney, made his life complete. He was always ready and willing to help a friend or anyone in need. He looked forward to having fun with friends and family, and he grilled a mean steak. Dustin was much loved and will be greatly missed.SURVIVORS: mother: Susan Kae Ratzlaff of Amarillo; 1 daughter: Alexis Kaitlyn Stoddard of the home; 1 son: Jacob Samuel Stoddard of the home; 1 stepson: Brenden Cade Courtney of the home; his very best friend and soul mate: Michelle Courtney of the home; 2 sisters: Tacy Lamb and husband Jay of McLean and K'Lee Ratzlaff and fiancé Shannon Settle of Amarillo; maternal grandmother: Roberta Babb of Pampa; paternal grandmother: Theresa Stoddard of Perryton; stepmother: Bettie Stoddard of Albuquerque, New Mexico; stepsister: Heidi Wells and husband Dave of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 2 uncles: Curtis Babb and wife Christine of Pampa, Jerry Stoddard and wife Kathy of Lubbock, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
