BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Hall was born December 22, 1919 in Childress. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1935. She married Vernon L. Hall on June 16, 1935 in Wellington. He preceded her in death on November 17, 1987. Francis was a member of First Christian Church where she was a member of the church board, the welfare committee, and the primary department. She was a member of the Horace Mann PTA, a lifetime honorary member of Cub Scout Pack 33, a member and past-president of the Pampa Rebekah Lodge #355, member of Pampa Community Concert Association, Mothers March of Dimes and Pampa Cancer Society. Francis was an art student and art teacher for 35 years. She took art classes at West Texas A&M, Clarendon College and Frank Phillips College. She held memberships in Heritage Art Club, Pampa Art Club and Pampa Fine Arts Association.SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Charles Hall and wife Charlotte and Kenneth Hall and wife Carolyn, all of Pampa, and James Hall and wife Brenda of Keller; 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren. Francis was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Opal Sanders, Nellie Shock and Beatrice Bailey; and a grandson: Brent Hall.MEMORIALS: Shepherd's Helping Hands, 819 W.
