SERVICES: Vigil and rosary will be held at 5:00 PM Sunday, March 15, 2009, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, and funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, March 16, 2009, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Rev. Joseph Ravi, associate pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Villegas was born August 9, 1984 in Los Angeles, California. He had been a resident of Pampa for the past 16 years, graduating from Pampa High School in 2002. He married Jessica Silva on February 27, 2007 in Pampa. Miguel worked as a floor hand for Unit Drilling. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother. He was a Catholic. His contagious laugh and smile will be greatly missed.SURVIVORS: Wife: Jessica Villegas and their unborn son, Miguel Angel Villegas, Jr., of the home; son: Xavier Ortega of the home; parents: Jesus and Eulogia Villegas of Pampa; 2 sisters: Maria Hernandez and husband Carlos, and Lupita Vallez and husband Cesar, all of Pampa; 3 brothers: Jesus Villegas, Jr., and wife Rosalinda, Armando Villegas and wife Lacey, and Daniel Villegas, all of Pampa; several nieces and nephews; special friends: Adam Slater, Thomas Roby and David Sigala, all of Pampa.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
