Fines Marchman, pastor of First Baptist Church of Skellytown, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Powell was born January 21, 1929 in Collingsworth County, Texas. She married Lonnie Powell on January 5, 1946 in Mobeetie. He preceded her in death on February 23, 2002. She was a homemaker and a former member of Barrett Baptist Church in Pampa. Audrey had strong Christian values and was ready to go be with her Lord and her dear Lonnie.SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Sharion Harper of Rhome, and Janis Mathis of Flower Mound; 3 sisters: Edna Tosh and Juanita Powell, both of Pampa, and Ann Nell Moyer of Paradise; 2 brothers: Bill Alexander of Tennessee and Carl Alexander of Parker, Colorado; 4 grandchildren: Chris Harper, Greg Oberdiek, Marcy Gillispie and Jeff Mathis; 4 great-grandchildren: Bryan Harper, Haylea Harper, Daxton Oberdiek and Macie Gillilspie.MEMORIALS: Cornerstone Baptist Church, 2410 W. 23rd Ave., Pampa, Texas 79065.SPECIAL NOTICE: The family will receive friends at Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 PM Monday, February 2, 2009.
