SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, January 26, 2009, at Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, with Pastor Lonny Robbins of Trinity Fellowship of Pampa, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Kenneth was born on Nov. 24, 1940 in Bell County, Texas to Gerald and Eva Turland Love. He was a 1959 graduate of Temple High School in Temple, Texas and then entered the U. S. Army and U. S. Air Force. Following the armed forces, he was a computer engineer for several years and then he became a cable television salesman. He married Mary Lee Moore on March 5, 1966 in Elton, Maryland, and she preceded him in death on Sept. 12, 1988. In 1989, Mr. Love earned his private pilot's license. He was a member of Good Sam's RV Club, AARP, Georgia Antique Engine Club, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Susan Bradley of Pampa and Mary Bond of Dodge City, Kansas; 2 brothers: Johnnie Love of Caldwell and Jerry Love of Covington, Georgia; 1 sister: Lou Francis Mohon of Pearland; 7 grandchildren: Carrie Sport, Lindsey Allen, Bryan Bradley, Austin Bradley, Travis Bond, Alexandria Bond and Tommy Bond; 1 great-grandchild: Cameran Allen. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents: Eva and Gerald Love; and his wife: Mary Lee Love.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
