BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Ontiveros was born July 3, 1967 in Mission, Texas. He was a 1985 graduate of Pampa High School. He was a boilermaker in the construction industry. He was a Catholic. SURVIVORS: Wife: Lisa Ontiveros of the home; 5 daughters: Evonne Ontiveros and Christina Ontiveros, both of Phoenix, Arizona, Anna Ontiveros, Sierra Ontiveros and Rosie Ontiveros, all of Corpus Christi; 3 brothers: Joel Ontiveros and wife Lydia of Calvert, Julian Ontiveros of Pampa, and Jimmy Ontiveros and wife Cindy of Amarillo; 5 grandchildren: Alexis Hernandez, Eric Hernandez, Ariana Gallegos, Isaiah Hughes and Ethan Gallegos, all of Phoenix, Arizona. Javier was preceded in death by his parents: Julian and Rosie Ontiveros; and by a brother: Pete Ontiveros
