Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Flowers was born Jan. 30, 1920 in Caney, Oklahoma and had been a resident of Pampa since 1941. She married J. C. Flowers on Oct. 11, 1936 in Arnett, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1993. Winnie was a sales clerk at Dunlap's from 1956 until her retirement in 2004. She was a member of Central Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: 3 daughters: Jan Aufleger and Becky Anderson and husband Larry, all of Amarillo; and Trecia Saltzman and husband Milton of Lampasas; 1 son: Virgil Flowers and wife Faye of Springtown; 1 sister: Dorothy Gardinia of Broadalbin, NY; 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, F. C. and Nettie Young, by 2 sisters, Evelyn Parrish and Trecia Smith, and by a brother, Perry Young.MEMORIALS: Central Baptist Church, 513 E.
