SERVICES: 10:00 AM Saturday, November 29, 2008, at Memory Gardens Mausoleum, with Pastor Lonny Robbins of Trinity Fellowship, officiating. BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Robbins was born June 10, 1931 in McPherson, Kansas. He was a 1949 graduate of Pampa High School. He married Beverly Milligan on January 9, 1957 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He worked as a supervisor for Celanese Chemical plant for 30 years. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving during the Korean Conflict. In his early years, he enjoyed spending time playing golf, fishing and scuba diving. He loved his family and spending time on his land outside Clinton, Arkansas on the Little Red River.SURVIVORS: wife: Beverly Robbins of the home; daughter: Tina Moore and husband Steve of Parker, Colorado; son: Trace Robbins and wife Emily of Coppell; brother: Gene Robbins and wife Norma of Pampa; sister-in-law: June Robbins of Pampa; 5 grandchildren: Kendall Moore, Kassie Moore, Kaylee Moore, Tate Robbins and Tanna Robbins. Mr. Robbins was preceded in death by his parents: Dewey and Clara L.
