BIOGRAPHY: Ms. Ortega was born August 20, 1960 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1973, attending Pampa schools. She married Julio Soto in 1978 in Pampa. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church.SURVIVORS: 1 daughter: Rosie Soto of Pampa; husband: Julio Soto of Pampa; 1 sister: Estella Ortega of Pampa; 1 brother: Francisco Ortega of Odessa; 3 grandchildren.
