Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Clements was born January 17, 1910 in Canton, Texas. He married Jessie Lee Best on December 16, 1934 in Aspermont. She preceded him in death on January 11, 2002. He has been a resident of Pampa since March 1, 1943. Mr. Clements owned and operated Clements Barber Shop since 1948 retiring in May of 2008. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church, the Odd Fellows Lodge #934 and a former member of the Rotary Club. Mr. Clements was preceded in death by a son, Bill R. Clements, in 2005.SURVIVORS: 2: sons: Robert E. Clements of Irving and Bailey Clements of Reno, Nevada; 2 brothers: Howard Clements of Aspermont and T. J.
