SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 29, 2008, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Jim Powell, pastor of Hobart Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Bush was born on April 12, 1934 in Pampa and was a lifelong Pampa resident, graduating from Pampa High School. She married Billy Joe Bush on Oct. 11, 1953 in Clovis, New Mexico. She was a Baptist and liked to quilt, travel, fish, and play bingo. She was a homemaker.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Larry Yearwood of Greenville and Billy Dale Bush of Pampa; 1 daughter: Brenda O'Dell of Pampa; 2 sisters: Wanda Potter and Dorothy Yearwood, both of Pampa; 1 brother: Marvin Yearwood of Riverside, CA; brother-in-law: Jessie Smart of Pampa; 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1997, a sister, Leona Smart in 2002, and a brother, Ferrell Yearwood, in 2006.MEMORIALS: may be made to a favorite charity.
