He had been a resident most of his life, graduating from Pampa High School. He married Laci Thrasher on September 2, 2000. Shane owned and operated Catfish Electric for the past three years. He was a founder of High Plains Off Road and a member of Texas Off Roaders Association. SURVIVORS: Wife: Laci Kennedy of Pampa; 2 sons: Walker Kennedy and Gage Kennedy, both of Pampa; mother and stepfather: Phyllis and Frank Dominey of Pampa; 1 brother: Greg Poole and wife Marsha of Pampa; 2 sisters: Brandy Hood of Pampa, and Tausha Killinger of Japan; grandparents: Wayne and Lois Brooks of Pampa; goddaughter: Ashlee Winkleblack of Pampa; and several nieces and nephews.
