Barry Owens, associate pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. LeVick was born October 14, 1932 in Blair, Oklahoma. He married Jane Ann Cook in 1950 in Altus, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death in 1991. Eddie had been a resident of Pampa since 1969. He later married Billie Smith on February 12, 1994 in Pampa. He was self-employed as a butcher for 50 years. Eddie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pampa where he served as a deacon. He was an avid fisherman and his greatest joy was his family.SURVIVORS: wife: Billie LeVick of the home; 2 daughters: Carol Lamkin of Amarillo and Becky Glenn of Prague, Oklahoma; 2 sons: Larry LeVick of Greenbriar, Arkansas, and Don LeVick of Littleton, Colorado; 1 sister: Sue Saunders of Norman, Oklahoma; 1 stepdaughter: Shirley Black of Waco; 17 grandchildren, 1 step grandson, 8 great-grandchildren.
