SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, September 29, 2008 at Trinity Fellowship, with pastor Lonny Robbins, officiating. At her request, her body was donated to Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock. Local arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Clark was born January 25, 1927 in Elgin, Iowa to Emil and Cora Frieden. She worked as a teletype operator at the Miami Army Air Base in Miami, Florida where she met Melvin N. Clark in 1945. She had been a resident of Pampa since she and Melvin married on November 1, 1946. She and her husband owned and operated Pampa Tent & Awning for 33 years. She later worked as a sales clerk at the Gift Box Christian Book Store for 6 years. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church for 30 years and was currently a member of Trinity Fellowship.SURVIVORS: husband: Melvin N. Clark of the home; 1 son; Kent Clark of Pampa; 1 daughter: Cindy Graves and husband Carl of Pampa; 3 grandchildren: Susan Roberson and husband Keith of Lefors, John Graves and wife Melanie of Enterprise, Alabama, and Tami Wright and husband Trae of 29 Palms, California; 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Dwayne Frieden. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Fellowship, P.O. Box 2929, Pampa, Texas 79066-2929, or Harvest House, 736 S.
