SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, September 25, 2009, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Fines Marchman, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Skellytown, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Culver was born November 6, 1927 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Dwight and Birdie Culver. Earl married Lenora Fern Kibler on November 16, 1957 in Elk City, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on January 6, 1994. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1966 moving to Amarillo in 1998. Earl was a welder and fabricator for Cabot and IRI retiring in 1987 after 21 years. After his retirement he trained as an E.M.T. in Pampa and was a custom furniture maker. He was a member of the Pampa Senior Citizens and a volunteer for the Amarillo Police Department on the handicap patrol. Earl was preceded in death 1 brother Emmett Culver and 1 Granddaughter Jennifer Culver.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Ledona Young of Joshua; 1 son: Glen Culver of Pampa; 1 brother: Phillip Culver of Alaska; 2 sisters: Christina Hauser of Amarillo and Clara Culver of San Antonio. 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
