She owned and operated Charlet's Café in Groom for several years before moving to Houston. Charlet lived in Houston for several years before returning to Pampa in 2006. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Groom.SURVIVORS: 5 brothers: John Couts, Joe Couts, Clint Couts and Charley Couts, all of Pampa, and Bill Couts of Caldwell; 3 sisters: Linda Couts and Marilyn Couts Bridges, both of Dayton, and Janneice Couts Pool of Eunice, New Mexico.
