BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Kirkwood was born May 25, 1930 in White Deer. He attended White Deer schools, graduating from White Deer High School. James married Marilyn Bagley on August 6, 1954 in White Deer, and they moved to Pampa shortly after their marriage. He worked for Natural Gas Pipeline, also known as Kinder-Morgan, retiring after 34 years of service. He was a member and deacon of the First Baptist Church and worked in the children's department for over 40 years. He also helped with record keeping for the church and was at one time the leader of the Royal Ambassadors in the church. James liked to do woodworking, hunting and the outdoors. He had a special love of farming and ranching and was a great husband, father and friend who will be greatly missed.SURVIVORS: wife: Marilyn Kirkwood of the home; 1 daughter: Jami Parham and husband Graham of Dallas; 2 sisters-in-law: Carolyn Kirkwood, and Ruth Ann Bailey and husband Martin; 1 brother-in-law: George Bagley, Jr. and wife Janice; 5 nephews: Kenneth Kirkwood and wife Jean, Eugene Kirkwood, Mark Bagley and wife Dianna, Paul David Kirkwood and Roy Duane Kirkwood and wife Jennifer; 2 nieces: Marla Bailey and Kim McClure and husband Caleb; numerous grand nephews and grand nieces.MEMORIALS: First Baptist Church, P.O.
