T. and Teba McCathern Pfeil. She was a volunteer for the Wise Regional Health System Auxiliary and a member of the First Baptist Church of Decatur. Billie was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a sister, Barbara Ring.SURVIVORS: 3 daughters: Jan O'Neal and husband Mike of Hobbs, New Mexico, Guyla Eudey and husband Charles of Bowie, and Pam Turner and husband Randy of Aurora; 10 grandchildren: Jeremy Smith, Jami Mount, Graham Eudey, Erin Harris, Carrie Vincent, Sally Gathings, Guy Turner, Monty O'Neal, Kyle O'Neal and Trent O'Neal; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 sister: DeLena Young and husband Dean of Fort Towsen; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.MEMORIALS: Billie James Scholarship Fund, c/o First Baptist Church of Decatur, Adult 6 Department, 1200 W.
