SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 14, 2008, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Fines Marchman, pastor of First Baptist Church of Skellytown, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Belcher was born August 27, 1927 in McAlester, Oklahoma. He had been a resident of Pampa since the mid-1950's. He worked for Ogden & Son Tire Company for 43 years. Ray was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie.SURVIVORS: special friend: Peggy Smith of Pampa.
