Harold Adkism, Jr., interim pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Fields was born on Dec. 11, 1943 in Waco and came to Pampa 40 years ago from Oklahoma City. He married Mary Duke on Jan. 4, 1974 in Pampa. He worked for Cabot and Ingersoll-Rand as a machinist for 26 years and worked for the Pampa Independent School District for one year. He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: Wife: Mary Fields of the home; 1 son: Timothy Fields of Pampa; 2 daughters: Theresa Duke of Amarillo and Delencia Fields of Pampa; 1 brother: Joe Fields of Waco; 6 sisters: Mae Bouye, Patty Love, Dorothy Gaines, Lucille Leaks and Sarah Sweeney, all of Waco, and Bessie Fields of Chicago, IL; and 3 grandchildren: Rashad Duke and Jessica Duke, both of Amarillo, and Dameshia Hair of Lawton, OK.MEMORIALS: New Hope Baptist Church, 404 Harlem, Pampa, TX 79065.
