SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 5, 2008, at the First Baptist Church parlor, with Joe Mabry, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hudson was born May 17, 1929 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1990, moving from Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Andy married Edith Mapes on August 8, 1980 in Miami, Oklahoma. He worked for Phillips Petroleum, retiring in 1986. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, and the Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF & AM. He was past worthy patron of the Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star. Andy volunteered at the Pampa Senior Citizens Center and was a member of the Pampa Trap and Skeet Club. SURVIVORS: Wife: Edith "Edie" Hudson of the home; 2 stepsons: Ronald Rhodes of Pampa and Charles Rhodes of Hanover Park, Illinois; 1 sister: Jo Lindstrom of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; 2 stepgrandchildren.
