SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 28, 2008, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Rev. Fines Marchman, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Skellytown, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Knocke was born January 9, 1951 in Big Spring. He graduated from Big Spring High School, and attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in English. Barry married Terri Clements on October 2, 2002 in Marble Falls. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving as assistant chaplain in Korea during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Lutheran Church.SURVIVORS: Wife: Terri Knocke of the home; 2 sons: Nicklaus John Knocke and Brian Will Knocke, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 1 daughter: Kacey Christine Smith of Elko, Nevada; 2 stepsons: Jerrad Reames of Pampa, and Jerome Stone of Bertram; father: R. J. Knocke of Big Spring; 3 grandsons, 4 granddaughters; 1 brother: Richard Knocke of Big Spring.
