SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 14, 2008, at Hobart Baptist Church, with Rev. Jim Powell, pastor, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Cargill was born March 21, 1937 in Sasakwa, Oklahoma, to Roy Lee and Ruble Alice Cargill. He had been a resident of Pampa for 50 years, living the past several years at Coronado Health Care Center. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Greg Cargill and Rodney Cargill, both of Amarillo; mother: Ruble Woodward of Pampa; 4 grandchildren: Courtney Cargill, Nicki Cargill, Kaci Cargill and Tasha Cargill, all of Amarillo; 2 brothers: Calvin Cargill of Pampa and Jerry Woodward of Amarillo; 1 sister: Marquetta Langley and husband Roger of Springdale, Arkansas; 2 aunts: Ora Mae Hedrick and husband Roger and Gloria Marlar and husband Bobby, all of Pampa; 1 uncle: J. A. Tackett and wife Delpha of Amarillo; many nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by a son, David Cargill; his loving father, Roy Lee Cargill; and grandparents: Jasper and Bessie Tackett and Bob and Effie Cargill.The family requests condolences also be sent to the family at www.rwlangley@cox.net
