He was a 1999 graduate of Pampa High School. Phillip married Victoria Rodriguez on April 26, 2008 in Pampa. He worked in the oilfield for several years and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: Wife: Victoria Bridges of the home; 1 daughter: Alexis Caviness of Pampa; parents: Johnny and Debbie Bridges of Pampa; maternal grandmother: Leta Herring of Pampa; stepsister: Kelly Lee of Buffalo, New York; 2 nephews: Michael Shane Bridges of Lefors, and Gabriel Lee Pelt of Buffalo, New York. Phillip was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Dewayne Bridges, his paternal grandparents, William Arthur Bridges and Ruby Bridges, and his maternal grandfather, Hershell Herring.
