He had been a resident of Pampa since 1948. He married Estelene Durham and she preceded him in death in 1980. Jim worked for Pampa Concrete for over 40 years as a driver and shop foreman. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during World War II.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Eddie Kindle and wife Starla of Pampa, and Johnny Kindle and wife Joyce of Stinnett; 7 grandchildren: Ceeli Hunt, Brittany Stark and Shelly DeMar, all of Pampa, Jasmine Kindle-Dennis and Ethan Kindle, both of San Antonio, Kenny Livingston of Borger and Becky Malac of Crosby; 12 great-grandchildren; and a special pet, his dog "Mitsy."
