He attended schools in Shamrock, graduating from Shamrock High School. He was employed by the Pampa Independent School District and Hammons Janitorial Service for 25 years. SURVIVORS: Wife: Connie Osby of the home; 2 sons: Terry Osby and wife Pinki of Pampa and Jerry Osby and wife Christie of Norman, Oklahoma; 2 daughters: Jacqueline Matthews of Dallas and Tonya Brown and husband Gary of Carrollton; mother: Marie Osby of Shamrock; 1 sister: Eva Osby of Shamrock; 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and a host of family and friends.
