SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 12, 2008, at the White Deer Cemetery in White Deer, with Rev. Terry Hodges, pastor of St. Luke's Methodist Church in El Paso, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Washburn was born November 15, 1944 in Pampa. She married Gary Washburn on July 10, 1968 in Reno, Nevada. Rose had been a resident of Abilene for the past 2 years, moving from Pampa. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pampa, and was a homemaker.SURVIVORS: Husband: Gary Washburn of the home; a cousin: Frances French of Pampa. She was preceded in death by a son, Howard Scott Washburn in 1991.
