SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Philip Elsheimer, pastor of Calvary Assembly of God, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Smith was born on March 30, 1917 in Pampa and was a 1935 graduate of Pampa High School. She was a secretary for Texaco in Pampa, Wichita Falls, and Midland for 30 years, retiring in 1980. She was a member of Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star and the Gray County Historical Commission. She was a volunteer for the Coronado Hospital auxiliary, and she was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Amarillo. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Heritage Art Club, Tuesday bridge club, and Pampa Senior Citizens Center.SURVIVORS: 1 son: Earl Smith and wife Barbara of Pampa; 2 granddaughters: Dana Holland of Breckenridge, CO and Leslie Coffman of Waco; 4 great grandchildren, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy W. and Edna J. Tinsley, by a daughter, Betty Lou Love, and by a grandson, Donald Smith.MEMORIALS: Pampa Senior Citizens Center, 500 W.
