BIOGRAPHY: Ms. Mathis was born July 25, 1954 in Pampa, Texas. She graduated from Pampa High School and the Hampton University in Virginia. She had been a resident of Oklahoma City for the past 6 years. SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Tamara Scott-McCalister and Carmen Scott, both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; father: Earnest Mathis, Sr., of Pampa; 2 sisters: Perliene Regina Williams of Denver, Colorado, and Sharon G. Mathis-Olulu of Pampa, Texas; 4 brothers: Earnest L. Mathis, Jr., Stanley E. Mathis and Esteven E. Mathis, all of Pampa, Texas, and James F. Mathis of Wynnewood, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren.
