SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at Fairview Cemetery, with Rev. Gene Allen, retired minister, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Bliss was born May 2, 1933 in Hamilton, Alabama. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1952. Judy married Jessie Bliss on December 5, 1953 in Clovis, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on November 15, 2002.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Frank Bliss and Dean Bliss, both of Pampa; 2 sisters: Donnie Osbirn of Hamilton, Alabama, and Regena Garrison of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; 1 brother: Leonard Palmer of Hamilton, Alabama; 2 grandchildren: Jason Bliss and Jennifer Bliss, both of Austin.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
