Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Rowsey was born July 16, 1947 in Magdalena, New Mexico. She had been a resident of Pampa most of her life. She enjoyed working in her flower garden.SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Nick Newman and Jacob Rowsey, both of Pampa, and Randy Newman of Ashburn, Georgia; 1 daughter: Robin Douglas of Pampa; 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Dorothy Keelin; 1 brother, Richard Keelin; and 1 sister, Beth Turner.MEMORIALS: Hospice of the Southwest, 1301 S.
