Dennis Eubanks, pastor of Skyview Baptist Church of Okemah, Oklahoma, officiating. BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Purvis was born December 30, 1952 in Shamrock, Texas. She had been a lifelong resident of Pampa before moving to Okemah. She attended the Skyview Baptist Church in Okemah.SURVIVORS: 1 daughter: Kenya Titsworth of Okemah, Oklahoma; 1 son: Sonny Purvis of Stroud, Oklahoma; 2 brothers: Johnny Vick of Pampa, Texas, and Jesse Vick of Moro, Arkansas; 2 sisters: Helen Pool of Hobbs, New Mexico, and Juanita Smith of Pampa, Texas; 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Shelby Vick and Melvin Vick; 3 sisters: Sandie Scott, Bonnie Gutierrez, and Mary Shrum; and her parents: Clyde and Mary Vick.MEMORIALS: American Cancer Society, c/o Gerry Caylor, 2130 Charles, Pampa, Texas 79065.
