She married William "Bill" Cross on August 20, 1937 in Hugo, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on July 15, 1989. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1952. Susie was a self employed carpenter for 50 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Albert Lee Cross and wife Roxanna of Bonham, Charles C. Cross and wife Faye of Granbury, and James "Wink" Cross and wife Karan of Pampa; 1 sister: Bonnie Tuso of Soper, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
