She married Boise Griffin on May 14, 1937 in Mangum. He preceded her in death on May 29, 2001. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1951. Vivian was a member of Briarwood Church and was a homemaker.SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Ronda Rider of Odessa and Wilma Blackwood of Moore, Oklahoma; 1 sister: Fern Reister of California; 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dale Griffin in 1989, 10 brothers and sisters, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.MEMORIALS: Briarwood Church, 1800 W. Harvester, Pampa, Texas 79065.
