SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at Fairview Cemetery, with Don Rahmes, his son-in-law, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Rodgers was born June 5, 1922 in Claremont, Texas. He married Jeraldine Lovinggood on October 1, 1943 in Pampa. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corps and was a member of the Church of Christ.SURVIVORS: Wife: Jeraldine Rodgers of the home; 2 daughters: Lori Beesley of Pampa and Gwenn Rahmes of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 1 son: Steven Rodgers of Childress; 1 sister: Johnnie Pitcock of Aspermont; 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother, Billy Ray Rodgers; and 1 sister, Janice McArthur.MEMORIALS: To a favorite charity.
