Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Suttle was born December 27, 1955 in Pampa and was a 1975 graduate of Pampa High School. He married Louan Minyard on October 21, 1988 in Pampa. He worked as a welder for Cabot, IRI and National Oilwell for many years. Randy was a member of the First Christian Church and was a member of the Central Baptist Church for the past several years. He was a member of the Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF & AM and the Lubbock Scottish Rite Consistory.SURVIVORS: Wife: Louan Suttle of the home; 1 daughter: Kaylee Suttle of the home; parents: Haldane & Marietta Suttle of Pampa; 2 sisters: Jenifer Carter and Jeffie Lowrey & husband Crickett, all of Pampa, and several nieces and nephews.MEMORIALS: Central Baptist Church Building Fund, 513 E.
