SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 25, 2007, at Fairview Cemetery, with Rev. Fred Palmer, pastor of the Carpenter's Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Balcom was born January 3, 1930 in Reed City, Michigan. She married Harley Balcom in 1978 and he preceded her in death in 1996. She had been a resident of Pampa for the past 4 years. She attended the Carpenter's Church.SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Susan Sinyard and Wanda Smillie, both of Pampa. 1 Son: Everett Beech of Cadillac, Michigan. 1 Sister: Evelyn Rehkopf of Chaparral, New Mexico. 1 Brother: Robert Schoenborn of Glouster, Virginia. 13 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. 10 Step-Children.
